About the Foundation
Hifzul Quran Foundation is an Islamic philanthropic and educational initiative in its founding phase, starting in Bangladesh with a global vision.
Overview
Hifzul Quran Foundation seeks to support Huffaz, Hifz students, their families and the wider Muslim community — through Quranic education and preservation, educational opportunity, healthcare assistance, family welfare, skills development and dignified livelihoods.
The Foundation is now building its legal foundations and governance. No program is operational yet.
Why the Foundation is being established
Memorising the Quran is a lifelong trust. Yet many Hifz students come from families with limited means, and after completing Hifz many Huffaz find few structured pathways into further education, skills and dignified work.
At the same time, many ordinary Muslims want to learn to read the Quran correctly but have no accessible place or teacher. The Foundation is being established to respond to both needs together.
Vision · Mission
Vision
A society in which every Hafiz is supported and honoured throughout life, and every Muslim has an accessible path to learning the Quran.
Mission
To stand beside Hifz students, Huffaz and their families through education, welfare and dignified livelihoods, and to make Quran learning accessible in every community — starting in Bangladesh, with transparency and accountability.
Who we are: A global foundation dedicated to Quranic education, Huffaz empowerment and community welfare.

The people we intend to serve
The Foundation's work is planned around several connected groups:
Hifz students
Especially the financially vulnerable.
Huffaz
Throughout life after Hifz.
Families
Vulnerable families of Huffaz and Hifz students.
Quran learners
Adults and beginners who want to learn the Quran.
Women learners
Through privacy-conscious arrangements.
Mosques and communities
That wish to host Quran learning.
Governance principles (planned)
The Foundation's structure will keep the roles of legally appointed trustees or directors, executive management, advisory councils, regional leaders, coordinators, volunteers, donors, teachers and beneficiaries clearly separate.
- Volunteers and coordinators are not automatically trustees
- Leadership is based on character, competence and service — never on the size of a contribution
- Segregation of duties and financial approval rules
- Independent audits
- Documented beneficiary decisions
- Child safeguarding and conflict-of-interest declarations
- Country-specific legal compliance
Our long-term commitment
We intend to build slowly and properly: first legal foundations and governance, then carefully piloted programs, then growth. Every program page on this website states its true status, and this website will be updated as each step is actually completed.
