Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us in a form: name, mobile number and/or email, country, district or city, the way you choose to get involved and related answers, your inquiry topic and your message.

The forms on the “Get Involved” page ask for a little more where needed: for volunteers, father's name, gender, date of birth (only to confirm you are 18+), area and areas of interest; for membership applications, father's name, profession, reference, address and preferred payment method; for regular-giving interest, your preferred amount and method; for job applications, date of birth, address, education details and a CV (PDF/DOC, up to 2 MB); for meeting requests, address, reasons and meeting type.

We do not ask for national ID (NID) numbers, bank or card details, health information or any information about children on this website. For jobs, identity is verified only at the final hiring stage. The forms are for adults (18+).

Why we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry or to contact you about the interest you registered. We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are kept in a restricted-access Google spreadsheet of the Foundation that only authorised staff can view. CVs sent with job applications are kept in a private Google Drive folder.

When a new submission arrives, the Foundation's responsible staff receive a short email notification; CVs and sensitive details are not included in it.

Forms that are not yet active do not send or store anything you type.

Cookies and analytics

To understand how the website is used—which pages are visited and from what kinds of devices—and to improve it, we use or may use analytics services such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These services collect aggregate usage information through cookies or similar technologies; we do not use them to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising cookies.

The website's fonts are served from our own server, so no third party receives your data for them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We plan to keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up. A formal retention period will be set during legal review.
