Global Vision

Bangladesh is where the Foundation begins. The long-term model is a network of country chapters, each operating under its own country's laws.

Bangladesh to the world: the true status of each chapter

  1. Founding phase

    Bangladesh

Where the Foundation begins, with a planned nationwide network of divisional, district, upazila and mosque-level coordination.

  2. Proposed — not registered

    United States

The proposed first international chapter. It is not registered or operating.

  3. Future — subject to local law

    Future country chapters

Further chapters would open only after local legal registration and approval.

The Global Country Chapter Model

One foundation, many chapters. Each chapter would share the same values, programs and oversight, while following its own country's rules on registration, fundraising, privacy, tax and governance.

Legal compliance comes first

Before any activity in a country, that country's legal registration, fundraising permissions, tax obligations and data-protection rules must be met. Until then, no chapter will accept donations or run activities.

  • Country-specific content and program availability
  • Local leadership and local legal disclosures
  • Local donation currencies and country-specific eligibility
  • Local-language content and country-level reporting
  • Centralised global oversight

United States

Proposed — not registered

The USA is the proposed first international chapter. It is a plan only: it is not registered, not tax-exempt and not operating.

Planning model (planning targets)

  • One Country President — non-lifetime, merit-based leadership Planning target
  • Eight board leadership positions, each with 10 supporting members Planning target
  • Fifty state coordinators, each with 10 supporting members Planning target
  • Five hundred city coordinators, each with 10 supporting members Planning target
  • Two thousand mosque coordinators, each with 10 supporting members Planning target

All figures are planning targets — no position has been filled. A chapter becomes active only after legal registration and operational approval.

Future country chapters

Other countries may follow. Each would require local legal registration, compliance and approval before any activity begins.
